NOTE for Women: Though the class is nude we are respectful and mindful that panties may be worn if needed for comfort. We strive to create a safe space for all to enjoy yoga in the nude.

Nude Yoga – Mindful Movement: Join Colby for a slower paced yoga class that will explore mindfulness, meditation and movement. This class will be a personal adventure into your heart and soul. It invites you to explore who you are, what you believe and what you can actually do with your body to facility a healing response in yourself.
Bio on Colby Smith:
Colby trained at Dhuni Yoga and completed his Anusara immersion in 2011 and 200 hour yoga certification in 2012. He then trained at DIG Yoga and completed his 500 hour yoga certification coursework there. Colby currently spends most of his time teaching private clients and mens yoga classes in his Lambertville, NJ studio. Colby is passionate about fitness, he is also certified in IM=X Pilates and well as Yamuna Table Treatments. He is an avid triathlete and has completed 2 full Ironman competitions. Colby likes to describe his teaching style as “serious yoga not taken so seriously.” He brings a lighthearted approach to his teaching, but is quite serious about alignment, injury prevention and recovery. Cost – $20, $15 for Daddy Retreat Silver/Gold members.

What to expect at the class:
This class will be nude and will run approximately 60 minutes.
What to bring:
You can bring a towel, water bottle and mat if you want. Please arrive freshly showered or feel free to take one at the studio.
*Note Mats/Blocks/Straps are provided in studio for free.
RSVP Class has limited spots, please reserve as soon as you can. We can have a waiting list in case of cancellations.
***Note, Please RSVP only if you plan on coming, it is misleading to others attending when half a group shows up thinking many others are coming, and could potentially block someone who wants to come from attending. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Hope to see you soon!
