Wrestling For Lovers: Lift & Carry

Fan of the rough and tumble? Inspired by those Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling? Looking for an excuse to get sweaty with your partner? You don’t have to be Dom, sub, kinky, or experienced for this beginner level class.
As adults, we won’t often get permission to roughhouse as we once did in our youths. Wrestling or Playfighting is a way of taking this fun sport to a safe and sexy place.
This playful fetish translates well into the bedroom. No WWE moves here. In this class you will learn basic Jui Jitsu inspired maneuvers to properly control and contain your partner. This edition is focused on LIFT AND CARRY. What is that? Well, exactly as it sounds. You dont need brute strength to lift your partner and throw them on the bed. Have a big size differential? Learn how to lift smarter, not stronger. By incorporating proper technique, you’ll surprise yourself in how to move others more efficiently and effectively.
Our Teachers and Coaches will provide real time feedback as you perfect certain moves with your partner and guide you through your own improvisation!
What should I wear/bring?
Please wear gym or activewear attire. Form fitting is encouraged. We ask that you remove your shoes once you enter the gym space. Bring a water bottle, and if you’re prone to sweating – a change of clothes. This is a low impact class but there is physical exertion involved.
Big Hair and Unitards, optional.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You must be at least 18 to take this class. You will be asked to sign a waiver at the start of the class.
