This yoga class will be a vinyasa flow sequence, blending together energizing movement and restorative yoga postures. This flow will work with flexibility, strength, and stability. We will mindfully integrate the relationship between our breath and movement as we flow through positions and explore the edges of our movement. This class is suitable for a beginner through intermediate level of practice, modifications will be offered.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks are all available for your use. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
This is a 60 minute class.
Clothing is OPTIONAL.
Note to women, GNC, trans students: This is an open gender class. Dean is Genderqueer, LGBTQ identified.

About Dean T- Dean is a 200 RYT in the beginning steps of hir teaching career. Dean is passionate about movement, community, and the process of learning. Dean discovered yoga at the age of 11 and started hir personal practice in hir first year of college. Three years later zhe discovered acroyoga, the amalgamation of acrobatics, yoga, and thai massage, and fell in love once again with movement. Yoga for Dean has been a difficult and rewarding journey of self exploration and discovery. Dean completed hir teacher training in the January of 2018 and is excited to be sharing the arts zhe loves.

What to expect at the class: This class will clothing optional and will run approximately 60 minutes. What to bring: You can bring a towel, water bottle and mat if you want. Please arrive freshly showered or feel free to take one at the studio.
