ALL GENDER- ACTIVE FLOW
This yoga class will be a vinyasa flow sequence, blending together energizing movement and restorative yoga postures. This flow will work with flexibility, strength, and stability. Mindfully integrate the relationship between our breath and movement as we flow through positions and explore the edges of our movement.
This class is suitable for a beginner through intermediate level of practice, modifications will be offered.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks are all available for your use. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
This is a 60 minute class.

Note to women, GNC, trans students: This is an open gender class. Dean is Genderqueer, LGBTQ identified. This space is intended to be a safe environment for all to come practice within your comfort, Participants are encouraged to undress to their level of comfort. (Undies mandatory)

About Dean T- Dean is a 200 RYT and certified AcroYoga instructor, passionate about movement, community, and the process of learning. Dean discovered yoga at the age of 11 and started a personal practice in hir first year of college.
Yoga for Dean has been a difficult and immensely rewarding journey of self exploration and discovery, and is excited to be sharing the arts ze loves.
Cost – $20 ($70 for advance purchase of 4 classes) Cash, Paypal, and Venmo accepted at the door.
What to expect at the class: In this class we practice in our undies or more, for approximately 60 minutes.
What to bring: You can bring a towel, water bottle and mat if you want. Please arrive freshly showered or feel free to take one at the studio.
*Note Mats/Blocks/Straps are provided in studio for free.

***Note, Please RSVP only if you plan on coming, it is misleading to others attending when half a group shows up thinking many others are coming, and could potentially block someone who wants to come from attending.
