This yoga class will be a vinyasa flow sequence, blending together energizing movement and restorative yoga postures. This flow will work with flexibility, strength, and stability. We will mindfully integrate the relationship between our breath and movement as we flow through positions and explore the edges of our movement. This class is suitable for a beginner through intermediate level of practice, modifications will be offered.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks are all available for your use. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
This is a 60 minute class.
